StalkMaster does not necessarily receive or directly store complete payment-card credentials.

9. SHIPPING

StalkMaster ships to supported destinations shown during checkout.

Estimated delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and are not guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For most destinations, StalkMaster generally targets delivery within approximately 5–7 business days, although delivery times can vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, local conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will normally be provided once an order has been processed and entered into the shipping network.

Where applicable law requires us to notify you of a significant shipping delay, we will provide the appropriate options available to you, which may include accepting the revised delivery timeline or cancelling the affected unshipped order for a refund.

10. DELIVERY

Once your package is shipped, delivery is handled by independent logistics and postal providers.

Customers are responsible for providing a location where delivery can reasonably be completed.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, you should first:

1. check the delivery address;

We will reasonably assist with carrier investigations where appropriate.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by the StalkMaster Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Products returned must comply with the eligibility requirements stated in that policy.

Unless:

• the product received is materially different from the product ordered;

return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, duties, taxes, and similar costs may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory cancellation, return, refund, or warranty rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

StalkMaster serves customers in multiple countries.

Consumer laws differ between jurisdictions.

If you purchase as a consumer from a jurisdiction that provides mandatory rights relating to cancellation, product conformity, refunds, warranties, delivery, or other consumer matters, those mandatory rights continue to apply notwithstanding any conflicting provision in these Terms.

These Terms are not intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
