These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StalkMaster website, products, services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase our products.

SHIPPING

StalkMaster ships to supported destinations shown during checkout.

Estimated delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and are not guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For most destinations, StalkMaster generally targets delivery within approximately 5–7 business days, although delivery times can vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, local conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will normally be provided once an order has been processed and entered into the shipping network.

Where applicable law requires us to notify you of a significant shipping delay, we will provide the appropriate options available to you, which may include accepting the revised delivery timeline or cancelling the affected unshipped order for a refund.

DELIVERY

Once your package is shipped, delivery is handled by independent logistics and postal providers.

Customers are responsible for providing a location where delivery can reasonably be completed.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, you should first:

  1. check the delivery address;

  2. check with household members, neighbors, reception, or building management;

  3. contact the applicable carrier; and

  4. contact StalkMaster support if further assistance is required.

We will reasonably assist with carrier investigations where appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by the StalkMaster Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Products returned must comply with the eligibility requirements stated in that policy.

Unless:

  • the product is defective;

  • the product received is materially different from the product ordered;

  • StalkMaster expressly agrees otherwise; or

  • applicable law requires otherwise,

return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, duties, taxes, and similar costs may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory cancellation, return, refund, or warranty rights that cannot legally be excluded.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact:

support@stalkmaster.com

as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the issue; and

  • photographs or video reasonably showing the problem where relevant.

After reviewing the claim, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.
