The 90-day guarantee
Wear your StalkMaster gear on real hunts for up to 90 days from delivery. If it doesn't hold up, the size isn't right or you don't love it, send it back and we'll exchange it first: a new size or a replacement, shipped to you free. Still not happy after the exchange? Send it back and we'll refund you.
- Email support@stalkmaster.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
- We'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Once your item arrives, we ship the replacement or the new size to you free of charge.
- Refunds are only for items already exchanged once, and are issued when the returned item is back with us.
Lifetime warranty on seams and zips
If a seam comes apart or a zip breaks, at any point in the life of the product, we'll replace it.
- Email support@stalkmaster.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the seam or zip.
- Once we've checked it, we send you a replacement.
Free size exchange, worldwide
Ordered the wrong size? Send it back (return shipping is on you) and we'll ship the right size free, wherever you are.
None of this affects the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
