• Processing: orders are usually prepared within 2 business days.
• Delivery: on average about 7 business days after dispatch. Times can vary with destination, customs, holidays and weather.
• Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order here.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

• Wrong size? Free size exchange, worldwide. Send the item back and we ship the right size free.
• 90-day guarantee: if your gear isn't right within 90 days of delivery, we exchange it first. Still not happy after the exchange? Send it back and we refund you. See the guarantee.
• Lifetime warranty: broken seam or zip? We replace it.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. Exchanges and replacements ship to you free.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us with your order number and photos and we'll sort it out.

How to start a return or exchange

1. Email support@stalkmaster.com with your order number and what you need (new size or replacement; a refund if you're still not happy after an exchange).
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Send the item back. As soon as it arrives, your exchange ships free, or, after an exchange, we refund you.

None of this affects the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
