The USB power adapter is not included: any standard 5V/2A adapter works. Boots, clothing and other gear shown in images are not included.
Thicker socks only slow down how fast your feet lose heat, and they squeeze your boots: less circulation, colder toes. Once you sit still, your feet cool down anyway.
The THERMSOLE™ adds heat under your feet, where you lose it to the frozen ground, and lets you dial it up or down for each foot. Switch on before you get cold and stay in the stand until the end of shooting light.

Wipe or gently rinse the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not wring, twist hard or soak for long. Let the insoles dry completely before switching them on. Charge only with a 5V/2A adapter.

Download "MEEMON REMOTE" from the App Store or Google Play. Turn on Bluetooth (and location on Android). Switch the insoles on, open the app and it finds and pairs both insoles automatically, for real-time temperature control and the timer.
Yes. Follow the size guides printed on the forefoot and cut only inside the front dashed lines. Never cut the heel area, where the sealed battery and circuits are.

Each insole has a 3000 mAh battery: up to 16 hours of continuous heat at 40 °C (104 °F) and about 7 hours at 50 °C (122 °F), according to the manufacturer. Charge with the included 2-in-1 USB cable and any standard 5V/2A adapter; a full charge takes 2–3 hours.
They are IPX7-rated against water. Wipe or gently rinse the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not wring, twist hard or soak them for long, and make sure they are completely dry before switching them on.

Yes, they replace your boots' stock insoles. The heel is 18.6 mm thick, so in very tight boots, try them with thinner socks first.
